Shipping & Delivery
We deliver anywhere in South Africa. International deliveries can be arranged if requested prior to placing an order. Your newly purchased products can be acquired by one of three options, namely door-to-door courier, standard post, or collection from our premisis in Pretoria, Gauteng, South Africa. The courier option costs R90.00 ZAR, and ships within 3 working days. Standard postage costs R50.00 ZAR, and ships within 3 working days. Free postage is applicable to orders over R900.00 ZAR. Orders placed after 2pm or on public holidays or weekends will only be shipped the next working day. If a courier is used, please supply a physical address, as they do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Privacy & Security
We agree to use the personal information in your profile for shipping, invoicing and notification purposes only. Your details will never be shared with any other individual other than those in the employ of SevenGifts.
Returns & Replacements

If you received a product less than 14 days ago, and you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it to us. If the product is unused, and in its original packaging, it may be returned to us for a refund less a 15% handling fee. You will not be refunded courier or postage costs, and you will have to cover shipping to us. In order to return a product for whatsoever reason, please use the following contact details:

Refunds will be processed in the form of EFT directly to your bank account.

Ordering

1. Click the "Log In" button

2. If you are a new customer, click on the "Create a new Account" button and enter all your relevant information. These details can be changed by you at any time.

3. Browse or search the site for the products you would like. Select your products, enter the quantity required, and click the "Add to Cart" button.

4. Any product in your cart can be removed, or the quantity changed by clicking the same buttons.

5. To go back to the products page, click "Continue Shopping". To proceed with your purchase, click "Proceed to Checkout".

6. If you are not logged in, you will be aksed to do so. If you are a new customer, this is your chance to create an account.

7. If you are logged in as an existing customer, you will be asked to confirm your details.

8. Purchases can be made via EFT. EFT's require a purchase order to be sent to us, to which we will reply with an invoice. Then an EFT or cash deposit can be made to us. Once we have received a proof of payment (which can be Emailed to h@sevengifts.co.za) or the funds reflect in our account, the order will be processed and shipped.

Viewing Orders

After checkout, a printable order confirmation will be displayed on screen. An order confirmation will also be sent to the email address you have provided.
